Go to Settings > Account > Manage billing and click Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

If you subscribed in the iPhone app, cancel in Apple instead: see Manage or cancel a subscription bought in the App Store.

Cancel in the desktop app

  1. Open Settings and go to the Account tab.
  2. Under Billing, click Manage billing.
  3. Click Cancel Subscription.
  4. Pick the reason that fits best. Depending on your answer, we may show a short suggestion, which you can skip.
  5. Add any feedback if you like (optional).
  6. Click Submit Cancellation Request.

You see Cancellation Request Received. Your plan now shows Canceling and the date under Access until.

Cancel without the app

  1. Go to contextli.com/manage.
  2. Enter the email of your Contextli account and click Send me a link to manage my plan.
  3. Open the secure link in your email and cancel your plan there.

Or email [email protected] from your account email and we will cancel it for you.

Cancelling during a free trial

Cancel before the date under Trial ends if you do not want your plan to continue after the trial. You won’t be charged, and you keep access until your free trial ends. After cancelling, that date shows under Trial access until.

What happens after you cancel

  • No more charges.
  • You keep your plan and credits until the date under Access until (or Trial access until during a trial).
  • Your notes, contexts and dictionary stay in your account.

Changed your mind?

Before the access date, open Manage billing and click Reactivate Subscription. Your plan continues as before.
