On this page

Go to contextli.com/pricing, open the Lifetime tab, click Claim … Lifetime under the tier you bought, and enter your code under Add promotion code at checkout. The total drops to zero and your lifetime plan is active.

Redeem your code

  1. Go to contextli.com/pricing. If the page was already open, refresh it.
  2. Click the Lifetime tab.
  3. Under the tier you bought, click Claim Starter Lifetime, Claim Pro Lifetime or Claim Pro Plus Lifetime.
  4. Enter the email address of your Contextli account. Use the same email you sign in to the app with.
  5. On the checkout page, click Add promotion code and enter the code from your AppSumo or partner purchase.
  6. Check that the total is zero, then complete checkout.

This is a one-time purchase, so there is no trial and no subscription.

Start using your plan

  1. Open the Contextli app, the mobile app or the Chrome extension.
  2. Sign in with the same email you used at checkout.
  3. Open Settings > Account > Manage billing. You see Lifetime plan, no subscription to manage.

Lifetime plans can also use your own API keys under Settings > Data Control > Your API Keys. See Choose Cloud, your own API keys or on-device processing.

Troubleshooting

  • The total is not zero: make sure you picked the same tier as your code, then enter the code again under Add promotion code.
  • The code is not accepted: check for typos and extra spaces, then try again.
  • The Android app shows Free: this is a display issue only. Your account still has its lifetime plan. The desktop and iPhone apps show the right label.
  • The plan does not show in the app: check you signed in with the email you used at checkout.

If something still looks wrong, email [email protected] with your account email and the code you used.

Refunds for deals bought through a marketplace such as AppSumo are handled by that marketplace under its own terms. See Refund policy.
