# Manage or cancel a subscription bought in the App Store

Source: https://help.contextli.com/articles/manage-an-app-store-subscription

If you subscribed inside the Contextli iPhone app, Apple bills you, so you change or cancel the plan in your Apple ID Subscriptions, not in Contextli. Deleting your Contextli account does not cancel it.

## Cancel or change it on your iPhone

1. Open **Settings** on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name at the top.
3. Tap **Subscriptions**.
4. Tap **Contextli**.
5. Choose another option to change your plan, or tap **Cancel Subscription** to stop future charges.

Cancelling stops future charges. You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

## Find it from the desktop app

In the desktop app, go to **Settings** > **Account** > **Manage billing**. Apple-billed plans show **Billed through the App Store** and a **Manage in App Store** button, which opens your Apple subscriptions.

## Not sure who bills you?

- **Billed through the App Store** on the billing screen means Apple. Use the steps above.
- Otherwise your plan is billed by Contextli. Follow [Change plan, update your card or download invoices](/articles/manage-your-subscription-and-invoices) or [Cancel your subscription](/articles/cancel-your-subscription).

## Good to know

- **Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription.** Cancel it in Apple ID Subscriptions first.
- Your plan and credits work on your devices when you sign in with the same email, up to your plan's device limit, including Mac, Windows and the Chrome extension.
